Welcome to Lough Gara Cat Hotel! We’re proud to provide cat owners with a safe, state of the art boarding facility in Co. Sligo. As cat lovers, we’re all about making our feline guests feel right at home during their time with us. Our purpose-built cattery is finished to an exceptional standard with underfloor heating, air conditioning, a large common play area and individual sleeping quarters.
We are located on the shores of Lough Gara, 10kms from Boyle town, in a beautiful garden setting. The cattery is located on the grounds of our family home and we’re proud to offer a safe, comfortable and peaceful space for all cats.
Meet Ruth
Hi, I’m Ruth and I’m the owner of Lough Gara Cat Hotel. I’ve always had a deep love for cats and opening my own cattery has fulfilled my life long dream. I’ve owned and bred cats for many years and it’s my love for cats that has given me the inspiration and motivation to open up the most luxurious cattery in the West of Ireland!
My other interests include gardening and running. The cattery is located on the same grounds as my family home. I live with my husband and three sons – all of whom also share my love for cats!
