How much time do you spend with the cats?

I like to spend time petting and getting to know each cat that stays with us. I check on the cats numerous times throughout the day so they’re never left alone for too long.

Does my cat need to be neutered?

For health and safety reasons, all cats must be neutered and defleaed.

What do I need to bring?

We provide bedding and individual feeding and drinking bowls for all cats. However, cats can get homesick so feel free to take along your cat’s favourite bed and/or blanket. The comforting smell of home will help give them a sense of familiarity. If your cat is taking medication or if he/she has any dietary requirements, please bring the relevant medication and food with you.

Are vaccinations required?

Due to health and safety regulations, all cats must be fully vaccinated before staying with us. Contact your vet if you are unsure whether your cat is vaccinated. We ask that you bring your cat’s vaccination card with you when checking in.

How much notice should I give when booking?

We appreciate as much notice as possible and advance booking is recommended.

Do I need to bring cat food?

No, we supply cat food. That said; if your cat is following a prescription diet or eating food that is only available from a veterinary clinic, we ask that you bring food with you.
